  2. Enter the email address associated with your SSL.com account in the form provided. Your username will be sent to this email address. If prompted by reCAPTCHA, select the checkbox and complete the verification to confirm you are human.
  3. Click the Submit button.
  4. A confirmation message will appear indicating that your username has been sent to your email address.

  5. Check your inbox and open the email from SSL.com to view your username.

  1. Click Dashboard on the top menu, followed by manage 2FA.
  2. For the 2FA method that you want to reset, click the corresponding Disable button.

  3. A message will be displayed confirming that it is disabled and the button will change to Enable. Click it to reset the 2FA method.
